About Our President and CEO

Lois Pawlak

Lois is an IRCA certified QMS Lead Assessor and has over 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance and implementation, improvement, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems and concepts. She has a B.S. in Statistical Analysis and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Lois has worked in a variety of capacities in quality assurance evolving around manufacturing and service sector businesses. She really enjoys reviewing company processes through the audit process, with a focus on finding opportunities for improvements, resulting in cost reductions and improved profits. Lois has been in the Quality Management System (QMS) consulting industry since 1994 performing value added certification audits, value added internal audits, gap analyses, training, generation of quality system and process documentation, and other QMS implementation services.

Lois' experience has been gained through work in defense, defense electronics, electro/mechanical assembly, machining and metal fabrication, steel and steel products, government and private service industries, corrugated packing fabrication, color printing, distribution, information processing, and general manufacturing and assembly.
